create revolutionary new visions for interior design in retail, residential and real estate settings
This application is available in english and german.
.rooms is a mixed reality solution designed for everyone who wants to create revolutionary new visions for interior design in industrial, residential, and real estate settings.
Designing interior spaces had not changed much for generations and are sometimes very stressful and difficult for the end customer. People are spending a lot of money, but they must try to imagine how everything will look based on just a few sketches and product photos, and then they have to wait a long time to see the outcome.
Using a unique combination of the Microsoft HoloLens 2 and the .roomstablet app, Island Labs has found a way to design interior spaces that allows customers to holographically experience interior designs in any location through mixed reality glasses, way before the actual production has even begun. For the first time, this offers customers the opportunity to interactively and "playfully" participate in designing their interiors in actual sizes and real dimensions. Cabinet heights and passage widths can be tried out virtually, adapted to ergonomic requirements and the individual spatial perception. Future structural changes such as wall openings, architectural alterations or the future colour scheme can also be visualised via the technology.
.rooms is ultra mobile and ultra scalable solution that could grow along with the customers business, enabling them to expand into new territories andmarket sectors.
.rooms is a collaborative, mixed-reality solution built on Microsoft Azure and HoloLens 2, which is a game changer in terms of customer-centric interior design and the ability to visualize expensive, complex projects. It provides a unique immersive experience for customers and is an exceptional design tool for sale consultants.
