During this engagement there will be 3 clear focus areas:

Part 1. Discovery & design

We will work with your team to validate and define your requirements in a requirements backlog. We will demonstrate Modern SharePoint to your team and work with you to get best use of the SharePoint look book to guide your design.

Part 2. Configuration & testing:

Our consultants will configure your branded theme and configure page templates. We’ll implement the site structures as well as configure your homepage and mega menu. To improve delivery of some types of content we’ll deploy and configure the community PNP search result web parts.

Part 3. Training & Guides:

We’ll empower your internal teams by providing content author training to support consistent and high-quality content in your new intranet. Additionally, we’ll provide a content authors quick guide.

We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project. This project is expected to take between 4-6 weeks.
