Retro-active Absence Management:
Although most email platforms allow us to use out-of-office, in many cases people do not set it up for various reasons.
With iQ.Suite the line manager can figure out on Tuesday that an employee called-in sick on Monday and for a day and a half he/she is not managing emails. The manager can then click retro-actively the employee Out of Office to start from Monday morning. All senders would be notified that the person is OOO and all emails would be forwarded to his/her colleagues who are covering during their absence.
