Dynamics Health Check - 4 week assessment

ANS' Microsoft Dynamics 365 Health Check is designed to evaluate the current health of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, identify any challenges and problems and make recommendations to help resolve them. As a result of this 4 week assessment, you will be able to:

• Increase operational efficiency: We’ll explore the technical architecture of your current environment to understand what it was designed to do, your user adoption and whether it’s being used to its full capability. We’ll highlight any opportunities to maximise your operational efficiency and reduce your operational burden.
• Drive business change: We’ll work with you to understand why you chose to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and if your current environment is designed to help you achieve those desired business outcomes. Our team will help you understand how to get the most out of your environment and drive the business change needed to keep up business growth.
• Validate best practice and governance: We will compare your Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform against Microsoft best practices from an architecture, configuration and integration perspective. We’ll also help you to keep up with reconfiguration requirements as well as ensure that your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment aligns to your security and compliance standards
