Get Ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot with Atea: 2 Week Workshop

Atea has created a series of workshops to effectively prepare for the integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot!

Week 1 includes the following steps:

• Business Value Workshop

This is a workshop that provides a high-level overview of Microsoft 365 Copilot, its functionality, and its use cases. It is aimed at IT, management, decision makers, and other stakeholders who want to learn more about Copilot and how it can help their organization.

• Learn & Decide

This is a workshop where Atea will help you build a high-level overview and plan for how you can make your organization get ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Week 2 consists of the following:

*Discovery & Mapping

This is workshop based on project size that dives deeper into your goals, systems, data sources, and data access. It is aimed at IT, management, resource owners, and data protection officers who want to assess their readiness for Copilot and plan the structure and access control for their data sources.

• Advise In this session, the findings in the “Discovery & Mapping” are reviewed and used as foundation for helping with, or executing, the architectural planning of any necessary changes to the information and access structures of the customer. This will provide the customer with a detailed overview of possibilities and weaknesses in the current technical infrastructure with regards to Copilot, facilitate for remediation and improvements, but leaves the actual implementation of the design to the customer.
