Envisaging: 5 Day Assessment

Barhead offers a five-day engagement to facilitate an envisaging process to drive value by adding Power Apps and Power Automate to your business solutions. This aims to close solution gaps which replace paper or Excel based processes and/or to modernise legacy applications and processes.

This engagement is delivered for a five (5) day duration and includes the following activities:

• Introduction Workshop
• Ideation Workshop
• Assessment and Follow-up
• Concept Review

Business Outcomes:

• Inventory of prioritised business concepts
• Well documented ideation session
• Assessment of concepts for feasibility, complexity and sizing
• Recommended next steps, timelines and actions for Discovery and/or Implementation services
