The workshop consists of three phases: Evaluate, Demonstrate, and Formulate.
Evaluate In the Evaluate phase, we will complete a readiness assessment and review the technical requirements and guidance for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Demonstrate In the Demonstrate phase, we will see what is possible through demonstrations and examples of how Copilot can enhance the employee experience with artificial intelligence integrated into Microsoft 365.
Formulate In the Formulate phase, we will develop a plan to implement recommendations based on prioritised scenarios and we will then define next steps.
Elevate (optional) At your option you can have CCL conduct an audit on your Microsoft 365 environment, make optimisation recommendations based on audit insights, and undertake agreed improvements that will elevate your business to get the most from Microsoft 365 Copilot.
