Microsoft Teams Enablement: 1 Day Assessment

Daisy’s Microsoft Teams Enablement Assessment will enable your business to leverage the benefits and key features that Microsoft Teams provides including increased collaboration, teamwork from anywhere, fewer emails and improved communication.

Daisy will work closely with your business to produce a detailed report that includes:

1. Discovery and Readiness Assessment (2 hours)

We will explore your existing IT landscape and determine your current state network and end user compute infrastructure and configuration. We want to know where your end users are located, where the data they need is accessed from, how they connect to the Internet and across what links, and what types of devices they are currently using.

2. Envisioning (2 hours)

This part of the workshop aims to give you a thorough understanding of the core functionality of Teams including team creation, channel administration, instant messaging, audio and video calling, meetings, and file sharing.

It will also include an overview of Teams Calling and Microsoft Teams Rooms and outline the key decision points to consider when deploying Teams Calling and Teams Rooms. We will also use this discussion and demonstration to identify your specific usage scenarios and requirements, so that we can map the features of Microsoft Teams to those requirements. An important aspect of this will also be to understand your security and governance needs. Then we can tailor the configuration of Microsoft Teams to protect your corporate data and provide the necessary access controls.

3. Adoption Planning (2 hours)

This is the fun part! When you are ready to deploy Microsoft Teams we will take you through how to successfully implement Teams to your end users. We will explain the need for specific users to be nominated as ‘Microsoft Teams Champions’ in your organisation and how we can communicate the upcoming changes to you end user state effectively.
