Microsoft 365 Copilot can be integrated with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to provide writing assistance and suggestions. This document outlines the scope of work for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot. Objectives • To install and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot. • To provide training and support for Microsoft 365 Copilot users on how to use the system effectively and responsibly. • To monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of Microsoft 365 Copilot users. • To enhance customer skills and efficiency. Scope of Work The scope of work for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot includes the following tasks: • Assess the current Microsoft 365 environment and compatibility with Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Define customer use cases. • Install and activate Microsoft 365 Copilot on the selected users. • Configure the Microsoft 365 Copilot settings and preferences according to the client's needs and preferences. • Provide online or onsite training sessions for Microsoft 365 Copilot users on how to use the system features and functions. • Provide online or onsite support for Microsoft 365 Copilot users. • Collect feedback and data from Microsoft 365 Copilot users on their experience and satisfaction with the service. • Prepare and deliver a final report on the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment outcomes and recommendations. Deliverables The deliverables for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot include the following: • Provision Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. • Assigning Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses to users. • A Microsoft 365 Copilot user on-hand training. • A Microsoft 365 Copilot coaching. Timeline The estimated timeline for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot is {4 weeks}. • Week 1: Assessment and installation. • Week 2: Configuration and training. • Week 3: Support and feedback. • Week 4: Coaching Budget The estimated budget for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot is 5000 USD • Microsoft 365 Copilot license fee. • Copilot installation and configuration service. • Copilot training and support service. • Copilot evaluation and reporting service. Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot are as follows: • The client agrees to provide access to the Microsoft 365 environment for the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and configuration. • The client agrees to participate in the Microsoft 365 Copilot training and support sessions and provide feedback and data for the Microsoft 365 Copilot evaluation. • The client agrees to pay the Microsoft 365 Copilot license fee and service fees according to the agreed payment schedule. • The client agrees to follow the Microsoft 365 Copilot user guidelines and responsible writing instructions. • NDA agreement between two parties. Areas Out of Scope Any area that is not explicitly listed in section “Scope of work” is out of scope for this engagement. The areas that are out of scope for this engagement include, but are not limited to, the following: • Data migration from other tenants & locations to Microsoft 365 locations. • Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 Security and compliance features. • Correcting any issues identified with the existing network, hardware and third-party software. • End Users Office Apps/Endpoints installation and configuration. • Data Loss. • Any Task related to the 3rd party application. • End Users installation and configuration not included in SOW. • All application configuration integration with Office 365. • Network, Load balancers, Anti-spam, firewall and publishing configuration. • Backup Solution for Office 365 or any other systems.
