The primary goal of this service is to establish a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) foundation using modern Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.

GOAL OF THE MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT - INITIAL SETUP SERVICE/PROJECT:

The primary goal of this service is to establish a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) foundation using modern Microsoft 365 and Azure tools. By doing so, we aim to provide our customers with efficient device management, improved security, and enhanced productivity for their mobile workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IT PARTNER:

  • Conducting an initial assessment of your organization's mobile device management needs.
  • Designing and implementing a tailored Mobile Device Management solution using Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.
  • Configuring security policies, compliance settings, and device profiles.
  • Assisting with user enrollment and device provisioning.
  • Providing training and guidance to your IT staff on MDM best practices.
  • Offering post-implementation support and troubleshooting for 14 days after the project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER:

  • Providing necessary access to Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Collaborating with our team to gather relevant information for the assessment and implementation phases.
  • Designating a point of contact for communication and coordination throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that mobile devices meet minimum hardware and software requirements for MDM.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICE/PROJECT:

Inclusions:

  • Mobile Device Management implementation using Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.
  • Security policy configuration and compliance settings.
  • Device enrollment and provisioning.

Exclusions:

  • Any hardware or software purchases required for MDM implementation.
  • Third-party integrations not supported by Microsoft 365 and Azure.

PLAN OF THE MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT - INITIAL SETUP SERVICE/PROJECT:

The service plan will be executed over a period of 14 days and includes the following key phases:

  • Discovery and Assessment: Understanding the customer's MDM needs and environment.
  • Design and Configuration: Planning and configuring the MDM solution using Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.
  • Enrollment and Provisioning: Onboarding devices and users into the MDM system.
  • Training: Providing training to the customer's IT staff on managing the MDM solution.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

  • Successful implementation of the MDM solution, meeting the customer's requirements.
  • Seamless device enrollment and provisioning process for users.
  • Improved device security and compliance through applied policies and configurations.
