Modern Management Deploy: 6 week implementation

Proposed Services The scope of this project is for Microserve Professional Services to work with the CLIENT team in order to implement the foundational elements of Modern Device Management and Windows Autopilot. This project will address leveraging Conditional Access for real-time Device Health checks for all devices (corporate and personal) accessing Microsoft 365 resources.

In this project, we will focus on leveraging EndPoint Manager for the purposes of transforming from traditional desktop provisioning, to modern provisioning of Windows 10 devices using Microsoft Autopilot and enabling a secure Microsoft 365 application access model using Microsoft 365 security controls.

The project structure would include the following project stages:

Initiation Phase: Planning & Design Implementation: Stage 001 - Intune Readiness Implementation: Stage 002 –Device Management Implementation: Stage 003 Conditional Access, App Protection Policy, and Cloud App Security Session Policy Deployment Implementation: Stage 004 – Microsoft 365 Defender for Endpoint Deployment Implementation: Stage 005 – Autopilot Readiness Implementation: Stage 006 – AutoPilot and Intune Training and Implementation Close Out

Deliverables The primary objective of the Plan phase is to ensure all business requirements are outlined, risks are identified and communicated, and plans are developed to ensure successful implementation. The following activities will be performed during this phase:
