Viva Insights: 3 Discovery Workshops

Work has revolutionized in recent years and have a significant impact on the performance of an organization. As the first certified partner for Viva Insights in Switzerland, we conduct a structured workshop series with you. Designed as interactive sessions in non-technical jargon, you can get involved in developing a suitable roadmap for exploiting the data generated by Viva Insights to implement sustainable improvements in your organization?

Agenda:

• Day 1: Introduction to the new possibilities of Microsoft's analytics tools. Using a selection of concrete examples, we will show you which evaluations are possible and how they can be used for improvement measures in order to address the very specific objectives of your company.
• Day 2: Discussion and joint evaluation of the different process options to achieve the objectives addressed in the first workshop. Formulation of a clear strategy regarding data-driven measures for organizational performance improvement.
• Day 3: Joint development of a roadmap suitable for your company for holistic implementation. Agreement on the next steps.

Addressed target groups: Representatives from Executive Management, as well as relevant stakeholder representatives, e.g. from HR, IT or Operations.

Workshop deliverables: Understanding of what is possible and desirable Viva Insights for your organization. An elaborated strategy and roadmap suitable for your specific needs.

The workshop price is intended as a fixed fee for preparation, conducting and follow-up of 3 workshops with participation by two MondayCoffee Experts.
