Microsoft 365: 12-Days Deployment of Security Basic Services.

Proposal-Project Description:

This proposal encompasses a multifaceted transformation strategy tailored to your organization's needs using Microsoft 365 features focusing on Zero Trust Architecture. It focuses on optimizing your digital landscape, including: • Streamlined Mobile & Application Management with Microsoft Intune • Enhanced Security with Microsoft Defender • Augmented Security Measures and User Empowerment with Microsoft Entra ID • These initiatives together form a holistic approach to elevate your digital ecosystem's efficiency, security, and management.

Scope of Work:

1. Mobile & Application Management with Microsoft Intune (initially ~70-100 devices/users in scope) • Service Configuration • iOS Device Management Configuration • Android Management Configuration • Windows Management Configuration

2. Microsoft Defender (initially ~70 -100 devices/users in scope) • Alerting • Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Policies Configuration • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Policies for AV and EDR and Onboarding Configuration

3. Microsoft Entra ID • Security hardening of Microsoft Entra ID Tenant (Collaboration Settings, Access for Users, Least privilege) • Self-Service Password Reset Configuration • Enablement of Conditional Access Policies. • Microsoft Entra ID Hybrid Joined Devices

Out of Scope

Broad deployment and rollout:   Project Limit for customers with Maximum 70-100 Users. Cosmos Business Systems SA will introduce the solution to a specific subset of the user population, with a particular focus on MDM & MAM, including Joined Devices. The rollout will commence with a designated Pilot Group of Users (up to 10) to conduct Acceptance Testing. Removal of 3rd party AV products: Cosmos Business Systems SA will remove or uninstall AV products other than Microsoft Defender. If it is applicable, Cosmos Business Systems SA will configure the removal of 3rd party products using Intune PowerShell Scripts.

Project Timeline: The expected time is as per below. Project Initiation=0 Weeks Delivery & Closure= 2 Weeks Stabilization & Closure= 2 Days

Cosmos Business Systems SA will provide the resources for the period of performance (term) up to the extent of the funding for the hours of services specified in the work order. The current Cosmos Business Systems SA capacity proposed is limited to 2 weeks (10 working Days) for Delivery and 2 Working days for stabilization and closure activities.
