8-Week Dynamics 365 Business Central Assessment

Through this 8-week assessment, Prodware will advise you on the use of the most appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tools for your business. To do this, we will carry out an analysis of functional requirements with the aim of achieving maximum adaptation to the platform standard, minimizing custom developments. Likewise, the development of an MVP that allows light and fast deployments and incorporating the core functionality will be studied and proposed. Finally, this analysis allows an economic evaluation of costs, both of the complete project, including deployment, and of the MVPs.

Scope of assessment I

• Analyze the current situation and identify the business process requirements, interface with other systems, initial data loading and information output.
• It will be identified for each requirement if it is standard or development.
• The developments that are essential to address will be described and an adoption approach will be made, in addition to evaluating them economically.
• It will be identified for each process how it will be managed in the new solution (TO-BE)
• Finally, the MVP necessary for an agile and rapid implementation will be identified.

Scope of assessment II

• Integration points are analyzed with the tools
• Solutions will be offered in those areas where possible within the Business Central standard.

Scope of assessment III

• Based on the results and consensus obtained, an implementation project plan will be drawn up and presented. This project plan must include the CORE and the MVP.

In all phases of the assessment there will be deliverables in which we will collect all the aspects, approaches, plans and resulting estimates.
