Financial Institution (FI) Connect is an intranet solution built in the Microsoft 365 cloud, specifically developed for community banks and credit unions. It enhances communication and collaboration, regulatory compliance, secure document management, and improves overall productivity and client service. Key features and tools that are available to each department through the portal include: calendars, news, document repositories and forms, directories, internal and external quick links, Teams channel conversations, Microsoft Teams with Planner, Microsoft Forms, and more.
