Power Platform Governance to discover usage, users, licenses and applications in the organization of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and other components part of the Power Paltform. Prevent Shadow IT, enable support for highly adopted apps and enforce Data Policies and security. Is also offered as a managed service for conducting an assessment on regular basis.

The purpose of the service is to assist the client in being able to make good use of the Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and Dataverse. Together with the client, we establish a governance model for Power Platform, run key user training and carry out a couple of pilot projects related to the needs of the business. This service makes you well equipped and ready to make the Power Platform available to your users. If the business has already made Power Platform available, the service will help gain control of the platform and facilitate good further growth.

Sopra Steria will together with representatives from the client perform the following main activities:

• Establish governance and guidelines for Power Platform, Power-BI, Power-Automate, Power Automate, etc
• Conduct and lead 1-2 pilot projects using Power Automate, Power-Automate, Power Apps
• Explore integrations Power Platform and line-of-business systems
• Power Platform admin training
• Guidance on how to integrate Power Automate and Power Apps with Microsoft Teams
• Recommendation for the way forward in adoption of Power Platform, roadmap and sketch for plan

The duration of the implementation ranges from 2-6 weeks depending on the client’s scope and ambitions. Then the platform can be hosted and operated as a Software as a Service.
