Day 1:

1. Enable Remote Work - How to have a better meeting experience a. Modern and secure meeting experience b. Enable hybride workspace & meetings in the office and remote
2. Hands-on or virtual immersive experiences across: a. Teams meeting experience b. Meeting rooms
3. Enable Modern Meetings and Events – Scale meetings from small to large number of attendees a. Engage with your audience through live events b. Organise virtual events with multiple break-out rooms with large or different types of audiences
4. Audio Conferencing with Teams

Day 2:

1. Cloud video interop - Introduction to 3th party video conferencing systems for the best teams strategy
2. Network readiness review
3. Environmental and site analysis

Throughout the different topics The Collective will describe and assess the best devices for every location, workspace and meeting room - Experience the Microsoft Surface Devices.

Deliverables:

1. The customer will receive the workshop resources, and will understand the Microsoft vision and direction for Microsoft Teams meetings.
2. The customer will receive a business case for Microsoft Teams meeting solution. This business case will be tailored to the specific needs and wants of the customer.
3. The customer will receive a readiness report, which will contain potential blockers, risks and key takeaways.
4. A possible roadmap, or next step indication.
