Frontline Worker Discovery Workshop

Free half day workshop where you'll learn how to engage frontline workers on your digital platforms in order to drive efficiency increase productivity and secure information. Given by digital coaches.

Unlike knowledge workers, who are connected through Microsoft Teams, those colleagues are not always onboarded and connected on digital platforms, due to their mobility.

We believe that tightening the connection with those colleagues through digitization of human and manual processes is hugely beneficial. Engaging firstline workers by providing applications and devices that fit their work will increase productivity, reduce costs and secure the information. Having the right tools in place will allow you as an organisation to onboard new workforce more efficiently.

During this halfday workshop our digital coaches will inspire you with examples from similar industries on how the Office365 supported the engagement of those Frontline workers.

Our approach is twofold:

  • Inspiration: We inspire the attendees with real-world examples of how frontline workers are connected in similar industries.
  • Exploration: -- Guided brainstorm: we'll list all returning questions on a whiteboard and discuss them. -- Clustering & Scoring: the attendees will score and organize the questions in relevant groups or business requirements. -- Feasibility & Scoring: Our consultants will discuss the various possibilities and tools that can be an answer on those requirements. --- possible tools are Office Apps, Email, Social and Intranet tools, Communication via Teams. -- Scoring: Based on feasibility, licensing and business scoring, we'll create a shortlist of cases that can be implemented in a relative short timeframe.

The final deliverable of the workshop is a shortlist of a set of returning business requirements and tools+solutions that can be implemented in order to engage frontline workers departments, accompanied by a high-level technical setup.

Based on that deliverable, the customer can write a briefing and request an estimation from an implementation partner or from its own IT Department.
