This activity aims to realize the implementation of a Teams Calling PoC in order to prove the feasibility of a project whose scope is that of substituting the current PBX with Microsoft Teams
Support customers to adopt Teams Calling through a PoC. We deliver a full solution for the Teams Phone Direct Routing architecture, through the implementation of a dedicated/shared SBC and the activation of the Teams Calling feature in the customer tenant. The PoC is extended to a maximum of 20 users. The perimeter of the PoC will be discussed and established with the customer, starting with a basic goal to implement a simple Teams platform for basic calling, to more complex environment where we can integrate different kind of PBX or different types of call center or even CRM
