Overview The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Service is a service focused on the adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 solutions in their organization. The service covers the following areas: • The use of Copilot in Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Microsoft Teams, etc. • The service includes Assessments, Design adoption, Adoption activities, Optimization recommendations, and support & guidance

Scope The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Service covers the following areas: • Assessment of the current state of the customer's IT environment, business needs, and readiness for Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption. • Design of an adoption roadmap based on the customer's goals, priorities, and challenges. • Implementation of the adoption roadmap, including the provision of training, the creation of communications and engagement materials, and the facilitation of feedback and collaboration channels. • Optimization of the adoption outcomes, including the measurement of the adoption progress, and provision of best practices and recommendations for continuous improvement. • General support and guidance throughout the adoption journey.

Service Delivery The Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Service is delivered in four phases: • Assessment. In this phase, the service provider conducts a comprehensive assessment of the customer's IT environment, business needs, and readiness for Microsoft 365 adoption. The service provider uses various tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, workshops, and analytics, to collect and analyze the relevant data and information. The service provider then produces an assessment report that summarizes the findings and insights for the customer. • Design. In this phase, the service provider designs a customized adoption roadmap and strategy based on the customer's goals, priorities, and challenges. The service provider uses the assessment report as the input and follows the Microsoft 365 adoption framework and best practices as guidance. The service provider then produces a detailed design document that outlines the adoption roadmap and strategy and defines the scope, timeline, budgets (if any), roles, and responsibilities for the customer and the service provider. • Implementation. In this phase, the service provider implements the adoption roadmap and strategy. The service provider uses the design document as the plan and follows the standardized Adoption and Change Management methodologies and best practices as the standards (i.e. Prosci ADKAR Model). This phase includes Training and coaching sessions, Communication and engagement materials, Feedback and collaboration channels • Phase 4: Optimization. In this phase, the service provider optimizes the adoption outcomes, including the measurement of the adoption progress and impact, and the provision of the best practices and recommendations for continuous improvement. The service provider uses various tools and methods, such as reports, surveys, and feedback, to monitor and evaluate the adoption performance and satisfaction. The service provider then produces an optimization report that summarizes the adoption outcomes and insights and provides the action plans and suggestions for the customer.
