Implementation of Roadmap defined during assessment phase.
Phase 4: Governance Model Define Governance model with client architects. Information roadmap [Creation, Approval, Retention, monitoring, Archival, Disposal]. Setting up joint COE’s (with combination of our and client architects for Reviews, Recommendations, Enhancements, New solutions).
