PDF Ingestion 1-Day Implementation

With Breakpoint Technology’s PDF Ingestion tool, receiving and organizing items, such as invoices from vendors, has never been easier! PDFs arriving via Microsoft 365 Outlook are retrieved via Power Automate and moved to a SharePoint Online library. A custom form recognition model then extracts important information from each document - such as invoice number, total amount, and invoice dates - which are added as columns in the library using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions. No longer do you need to open each individual PDF or search through email to find the information you need. The ability to search, filter, and review key information saves time and stress. A 1-day implementation includes consultation, configuration, and customization of 1 PDF type. Additional types can be added, as can further automation and notifications.
