This engagement is designed to improve the usability and performance of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation & ensure you are getting the most value out of your investment.

Slalom will conduct an in-depth review of your environment to identify root causes of performance issues, evaluate configuration and ensure that the solution is optimized to meet your evolving business requirements. By the end of the health check, you will have a detailed diagnosis of your process and system pain points prioritized by your stakeholders with a recommendation and plan to address any critical issues.

This assessment will:

  • Analyze current business process and system design to ensure alignment and best practices. Functional workshops with the team to review business use and CRM usage.
  • Review existing system configuration, including custom JavaScript and plug-ins used on all entities in CRM and provide alternatives and best practices to move away from custom code.
  • Data quality audit, review data quality of both company and contact records in the CRM system.
  • Review current deployment practices and issues, to include recommendations based on best practices.
  • CRM reporting audit and recommendations on performance improvement.
  • Provide functional and technical recommendations and roadmap. Develop a roadmap, timeline and plan to assist the client’s team to implement recommendations.
