This is a four-phase engagement that:

• Provides baseline Advisory services for Generative AI with Microsoft tools, including Azure OpenAI Studio
• Assesses the needs of users for Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Discovers the required outcomes of a Copilot rollout
• Develops the success criteria and recommendations for Copilot

This is a mid-level scope workshop which includes AI Advisory and Microsoft's MCI recommendations of "The Art of The Possible". Telstra Purple's consultants provide expertise to uncover specific organisational requirements for deploying and adopting Copilot for Microsoft 365. The workshop provides and extension to the starting point in the customer journey. It is tailored and specific to the customer and creates a deep understanding of the user personas, job roles and potential use cases for Copilot.
