  • Removed the need to have contacts in CRM with phone number prefixes. Phone number matching now works even if country code prefix is not set – in this case country is required on contact
  • Added the ability to change compliance field that is used in customer journey scenarios
  • You can now reply to received SMS message with a click of a button
  • Introduced new entity (TeleSign SMS Bulk Message) which enables you to send single SMS message up to 150 contacts, without the hassle of creating customer journey
  • Implemented automatic association between customer journey and TeleSign keywords (used with customer journey TeleSign SMS trigger)
  • Disabled automatic opt-out after 6 months during short/long code record creation
