Stuff to Note

  • To use the VidyoConnect Outlook Calendar Add-In, you must have a valid VidyoConnect account with your organization.
  • There are no additional charges for the Add-In.
  • To install the add-in on the Outlook desktop app, you must have a Microsoft® Outlook® as your email client on either Windows® or Mac®.
  • If you receive an error when installing, that says you are prohibited or do not have the correct permissions, you will need to contact your IT admin for assistance.
  • If you don't see that button on your ribbon, ask your system administrator to install the VidyoConnect Outlook Add-in for you.
  • Your organization should have a valid subscription of Vidyo.
