This plan includes 130 hours of AMERDIAN assistance and consulting efforts.

Deliverables

AMERDIAN will be assisting you in implementing the Dynamics 365 Business Central financials functions:

• Business process review on the financial modules with recommendations
• Activate Dynamics 365 Business Central production and sandbox environment. Create Dynamics 365 Business Central users and train client how to setup for future users.
• Create training company database and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central for financials based on the business process review
• Review and discuss chart of accounts structure
• Create production company and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central for financials along with GL account structure provided
• Provide import templates for vendor, customer, and chart of accounts master records
• Import master vendors and customers from customer provided populated templates
• Setup system and company settings along with modifying security
• Format sales order and ourchase order print (one of each)
• Create one balance sheet and income statement
• Train the trainer on the financial modules (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables and bank reconciliation)
• Train the trainer on the Distribution Modules (Customer Management, Sales Order Processing, Sales Returns, Vendor Management, Purchase Order Processing, Purchase Returns, and Inventory Management)
• Opening data (customer aging, vendor aging, inventory aging, GL closing balance) at the cut off date
• Go-live review and post go live checklist

Customer Requirements

• All custom functionality and reports are not included and quoted separately
• Implementation will be done offshore; onsite charges will be provided on request

• You will provide master records (customer, vendor, products etc.) in templates provided by us
