Application Modernization: 6-Wk Proof of Concept

In this 6-week engagement, our Power Platform experts will first review current business processes, then design and build a Proof-of-Concept application that will utilize Power Platform capabilities. This will allow to test drive your custom application to ensure it aligns with your business objectives.

Our Microsoft Certified Power Platform consultants will work with your team to build a Power Apps application that is easy to maintain and enhance for one of the following scenarios:

• A current pain-point in your business process that is manual or labor-intensive
• Streamline business areas that are currently running in delayed or batch mode to result in more efficient real-time processes.

Week 1: The Bauen Group design team works with you to understand your business process and establish the development plan. Week 2 - 5: See your application take shape as our team develops your customized Power App solution with daily checkpoints for design questions and next steps. Week 6: You will perform a final review of the application with The Bauen Group team and begin building a roadmap for next steps in your Application Modernization efforts.

Your team will consist of a Project Manager, an Architect, and a Developer, laser focused on getting your solution from concept to reality. The result of this collaboration is a working Power App ready in just weeks, not months. Your solution will consist of Power Apps and Power Automate components as appropriate, and it can be updated and enhanced going forward with minimal coding or configuration. We are also able to compile detailed and targeted strategies for additional areas of opportunity for modernization and further digital transformation efforts.

Typically, a project like this would cost much more, but for this offer we are doing this special Proof of Concept project for qualified customers for a flat rate of $25,000.
