2. Fit & Gap Analysis (MSD) and High-level Feasibility Study a. 20 High priority Requirement by Department from 5/6 Departments b. Or, < 100 High priority Requirements

3. Company Wide Standardization Requirement Discussion (Requirement Gathering, Explanation, Follow up) a. Requirement and Operation Flow Discussion (2 Hours x 3 Session) b.
