Envisioning An envisioning session to bring everyone on the same page. This will cover benefits of Power BI and its positioning, examples of use cases and a design-pattern for Power BI-based report solutions.

Hands-on We show the ease of the tool by putting you in the pilot seat and giving you a hands-on session on building your first reports from scratch thus visiting a lot of the capabilities of the tool.

Power BI Strategy & Governance We analyze the current situation and create an individual high-level vision for the use of Power BI service. We outline a concept for governance incl. an environment strategy and integration with your Enterprise BI scenarios.

Adoption & Change We make sure that the platform reaches the employees. We define in your context how the load can be taken off the IT. This will include ideas like a Center of Excellence to operate the platform from a business perspective and ensures scalability, or a Champions Community that connects Power Users and Citizen Developer.

Rollout For a proper rollout of the platform, we ensure scaling effects and remove road blockers right from the beginning. We make sure that topics such as works council, data protection, Evergreen system, Application Lifecycle Management etc. get addressed.
