  1. Assessment & Requirements Gathering Documentation of functional requirements and required configurations
  2. Fundraising & Engagement Implementation Configure environment and out of the box functionalities; delivery of more than a dozen Power BI dashboards and reports
  3. Dynamics 365 Marketing Implementation Core configuration; implementation of one (1) email template and creation of one (1) marketing segment and (1) welcome series journey
  4. Training & ongoing support
