You don’t need to worry about the handoff between two different teams working on these two different systems; at RSM we are one team. This implementation will synchronize your products, prices, inventory, coupons and sales orders between SFCC and Dynamics 365 using Boomi. Depending on your needs and configuration, we can support real time inventory with Dynamics 365 Inventory Visibility service. We can also use Dynamics365 Sales Order History API to provide real time order status views for customers on the Salesforce storefront.

Our project has three major phases: Discovery, Implementation and Launch. In Discovery, which typically takes 1-2 weeks, we work with you to understand your specific business needs. We document dataflows, map the data in detail and build a project plan. Implementation takes2-4 weeks depending on complexity and involves RSM creating the end to end processes using Dynamics 365, Boomi and SFCC. Using your test data, we will build the transformations in Boomi, and create code and jobs in SFCC. The launch phase takes 2-3 weeks and involves user acceptance testing, go-live and hypercare.
