• Our new factbox shows useful prepayment information at a glance, including the document's amount invoiced, amount to invoice, tax amount, and the total amount.
  
• The new Prepayment Amount to Invoice field let's you immediately know how much prepayment remains to be invoiced.
  

Increased flexibility and efficiency when updating prepayments

• Set fixed prepayment amounts in addition to the standard percentage prepayment.
• Adjust the prepayment values on multiple lines with the new Bulk Update Prepayment action.
• Made a mistake? No worries. You can simply update the prepayment amount on a line without having to credit and re-create a new prepayment.

VAT on prepayments

• Dealing with taxes on prepayments are easier as VAT are derived from the order lines rather than from the G/L Account.
