Solution Components

Infowise Ultimate Forms is an complete integrated platform encompassing a variety of SharePoint components and extensions. It contains components that function as:

• Web parts - visual elements displayed on site pages. For example, List Search or Rollup components are web parts.
• Form customizers - allows custom form to be configured for lists. The form component of Ultimate Forms is a form customizer.
• Listview command set - adds buttons to the list toolbar. You will notice a set of new buttons, such as Design or Print.
• Field customizers - adds new display functionality for columns. Ultimate Forms provides a set of specialized column types, such Signatures or Document Links. These add new column functionality not found in SharePoint on its own.
• Application customizers - adds new capabilities to the general user interface of SharePoint. For example, Ultimate Forms adds new visual style classes.
• Teams tabs - adds new types of tabs to your Teams, such as calendars or rollups

By combining all these components and integrating them with the SharePoint user interface, Ultimate Forms provides a new and upgraded experience.

Instructions

• To access Ultimate Forms features, click on Design button on any list's toolbar (modern view only).
• If it's your first time, agree to grant permissions to the app to act on your behalf.
• On your first run, register for a 30 day trial. Later you will be able to subscribe directly from the app.
• Your Global Administrator will need to grant the app permissions to access your SharePoint. A special banner within the app will instruct them further.
• Approve API Access requests under SharePoint Administration. It is needed to access Print, Add Alert and Run Actions toolbar buttons.
