Solution overview:

EY ERP-in-a-Box is a pre-designed/pre-configured Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution for accelerated mergers and acquisitions (M&A) ERP integration. The solution consists of standing up either a two-tier ERP (Integrations) or separate lightweight cloud-based ERP (Carveouts) with pre-defined processes and configurations that support faster deal execution, costs and timeline reductions and lower Day 1 and operational risk.

The EY ERP-in-a-Box solution leverages EY Process Depot to capitalize on leading practice configurations to fast-track implementation timelines, reduce implementation costs, provide foundational industry components, expand functionality with limited cost and improve engagement profitability. Further, there is no need for upfront investment in IT infrastructure as cloud implementation is fast and clients will not require a deep bench of IT specialists. By standardizing on one solution set, from one vendor, for all acquisitions, EY ERP-in-a-Box is designed to help clients reduce complexity and IT spend.
