The National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) The National System of e-Invoices is a platform intended for issuing and receiving invoices by electronic means. What is the e-invoice format? A structured invoice adopts the xml format in accordance with the logical structure of e-Invoices FA(1) published in the Central Repository of Templates of Electronic Documents (CRWDE) on the ePUAP platform
Retcon e- Invoices for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 The solution includes sending all posted sales invoices in the system: • Free text invoices • Sales order invoices • Prepayment invoices • Corrective invoices • Project invoice The solution also includes downloading purchase invoices from KSeF
KSeF – sales review • The booked invoice is sent to the National e-Invoice System • The KSeF number of the invoice is saved in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system • In the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system, we can open the xml file of each invoice sent to KSEF • Verification of the compliance of the invoice with the xsd scheme of the KSeF invoice KSeF – purchase review • The purchase invoice is downloaded from the National e-Invoice System • The KSeF number of the invoice is saved in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system • In the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system, it is possible to open an xml file of each invoice downloaded from KSEF
