Day 1 Focus: Product tour, user security, Outlook App • Western Computer will create new up to 4 security roles, assign them to users and turn on the Outlook App for users

Day 2 Focus: Business process for Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts. Business Process Flows • Western Computer will create up to 3 new Business Process Flows and up to 4 new views

Day 3 Focus: Light configuration of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts • Review existing organizational data (in Excel spreadsheets) and perform data mapping exercise • Data migration for Accounts, Contacts and Leads • Western Computer will create up to 15 new fields for data migration & configure the Main Lead, Account and Contact forms

Day 4 Focus: Training and go-live support • Provide remote Sales process and Activity management training • Provide remote go-live support to assist in on-boarding and administration

Day 5 Focus: 30 Day Post Implementation Check-Up • 4-hour Review of processes with Q&A
