hitoboはAIチャットボットの作成・管理ツールです。このアプリはhitoboの契約者向けのアプリです。アプリをインストールし、契約中のhitoboのプロジェクトのプロジェクトキーを設定すると、Microsoft Teamsタブ上にhitoboのチャットウインドウが表示されます。Microsoft Teams上で利用者が質問を直接入力したり、表示されているボタンを押すと、質問内容に応じて、あらかじめhitoboの管理画面に登録したQ&Aの情報を元に、自由入力の表記ゆれにも賢く対応しながら、AIチャットボットが自動応答で回答を返すことが可能です。チーム内のメンバーからのよくある質問への対応業務を効率化できます。
