Product Description

The product offered by Multipolar Technology is a set of applications for common office administrative activity such as purchase requisition and reimbursable payment requisition. This set of applications is called eRequisition or eReq in short and categorized as parts of eOffice solution by which can help any company to digitalize its day-to-day administrative process. This eRequisition was developed on Power Apps and Power Automate platform.


Currently the application set is consisted of:

  • Purchase Requisition: to submit purchasing request of office equipment, office supplies, even goods stock for sales organization. The approval workflow of the request can be setup based on organization structure authority in combination with the authorization limit.
  • Purchase Order: to create and issue purchase order based on the submitted purchase request and to amend issued PO if required.
  • Payment Request: to submit payment request for office expenses and reimbursable expenses, as well as to request cash advance and post its settlement accordingly.
  • Subcontractor Requisition: to submit subcontractor requisition for respective managers’ approval in which subcontractor candidate, pricing and scope of work should be described.
  • Business Travel Assignment: to request respective manager approval for business travel and at the same time to query transport and accommodation reservation to admin staff as necessary.
  • Business Travel Settlement: to settle all the business travel expenses in respect with the approved Business Travel Assignment as explained above.
  • Daily Attendance Report: to record daily attendance of employee through mobile app and data recorded includes employee id, working mechanism (WFO, WFH, mobile), working location captured by GPS, and health condition.
  • Activation & Deactivation Form: Activation Form is used to request granting of access to office facilities and/or application systems for individual or employee, and at the opposite Deactivation Form is to revoke the granted access.
  • Billing Requisition: to request invoice issuance to bill internal or external party for goods sale or service performed.
  • Billing Reminder: to send notification for outstanding invoices with aging information to customer or external party on regular basis.
  • Change Request: to submit change request for any operating procedure or application system customization, enhancement, or development.
  • Knowledge Acquisition: to submit training and/or certification exam requisition and report the training and exam result, hence this application also becomes repository of historical training and certification records of the organization. Sending reminder for certification renewal will also be part of it’s features.
  • Incident Registration: to register incident happened to any particular asset (equipment or system) or service used within organization in order to get support to resolve the incident.
  • ServiceRequest Registration: to request service support for particular asset of service such as installation new asset, asset replacement, reconfiguration, repairment, and so forth.

  • Bank Guarantee Monitoring: to register Bang Guarantee (BG) placement and to send reminder for BG expiration for withdrawal or renewal.
  • Faktur Pajak (Tax Form) Recording: to record Faktur Pajak data by utilizing optical character reading (OCR) as part of Power Apps AI Builder functionalities to eliminate manual data entry and to ease tax authority reporting.

Meanwhile the common features shared among these applications included:

  • Parameterized system by which the application can be set up to meet the specific requirements of the company or organization. For instances, approval authorization limits can be set and the currency can be localized as to company needs.
  • User defined workflow to who the request or transaction is to be acted upon.
  • Integrated chat function to ease communication amongst personnel involved in the provision of the request.
