1. Check Power Platform usage: Assessing the level of adoption for Power Platform Solutions.
2. Follow policies for app and flow governance: Create, deploy, and test a governance solution using the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit.
3. Support Citizen Developers: Develop a user-friendly plan that includes onboarding, training, setting up tools and services, and self-service options.

CoE 4-week Implementation Plan

Week 1

• Discovery Sessions to define vision, scope, and objectives of the CoE.
• Identify the key stakeholders, roles, and responsibilities.
• CoE starter kit installation and configuration.

Week 2

• Assess current state of Power Platform adoption and maturity.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define governance model, policies, and standards for the CoE.
• Define the adoption strategy and create training plan accordingly.

Week 3

• Environment Setup for development, testing, and production.
• Implement security and access controls.
• App in a day for citizen developers and administrators.
• Provide training on CoE kit components.
• Identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities.

Week 4

• 1-2 MVPs.
• Measure and evaluate the outcomes and benefits of the CoE.
