Recruitment Management Automation: Implementation

Atos implements this solution by using key Power Platform components with the help of PowerApps and Power Automate (Scheduled and Triggered Flows).

In this automation, Atos will be using SharePoint as Multi-list data source, used for approval reminders by scheduling flows and triggered flows for initial notifications considering working days and public holidays, will prepopulate data with lookups to SharePoint data in multiple lists. Power Apps helps with capturing and displaying data, relevant to the viewer, to capture, to update and approve requests, to provide reports/dashboards on recruitment process timelines to encourage process optimization and provided a constant view of the requests. This solution is delivered in Agile mode by Capture Epics and Stories, Multiple sprints and use of Multiple PowerApps for Development and Live.
