Two experts from our team (functional & technical) will assess the current Dynamics NAV environment and will provide an action plan to move towards Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your main questions regarding budget, datamigration and approach will be answered.

Agenda / What will we do?

• Functional scan (2 days): o Two workshops (4-8hrs) where we will handle the most important business processes in your organisation today and tomorrow. Besides business processes, our expert will also determine how and where Dynamics 365 Business Central will provide advantages within your organization. o Our expert will gather and process all information in a compact analysis document and presentation
• Technical scan (1,5 day): o One workshop (4-8hrs) where our technical expert will assess the current application based on topics such as current customizations, 3rd party tools or addons, integrations and reports o Our expert will gather and process all information in a compact analysis document and presentation
• General presentation of all results and recommendations for your organization (0,5 day)

What will you do?

-The workshops require people from your organization who have a thorough knowledge of how the application works today and how business processes can look like tomorrow. Therefore it is mandatory to have the necessary time available to participate in the above workshops
