Ideally, the client shall already own the required licenses (Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power BI Pro / Premium) prior to the engagement with Cloud 9. If not owned, Cloud 9 can procure on behalf of the client however any fees associated with required licenses for the engagement is the responsibility of the client. any POC implemented as a result of the engagement will be built using client data (redacted where needed) and within a 30-day test environment (any POC’s requiring more than 30-days will be evaluated at that time for scope and potential additional fees.)
