Business Analytics for Specific Inquirys: 3 days workshop

Description of service:

Initial Kick-Off meeting will be held (1.5h). Columbus Power BI experts will get familiar with Client business (incl. current IT and Data infrastructure) and overview about inquiry (incl. mapping of requirements, related stakeholders) at hand.

Columbus will provide brief overview of its portfolio and services relating to the inquiry. Clarification of the inquiry is established for next practical workshop.

Workshop (1.5-4h). Further level of detail will be reached. Based on that full scope of inquiry is reached and Columbus can prepare an offer to Client. Workshop attendees should be stakeholder who will use the solutions upon completion and implementation (incl. end-users and responsible maintenance person(s)). If possible workshop will be held at the Clients premise to ensure interactive and effective communications.

Post-Workshop (8-16h). Columbus experts will analyze and structure given input (incl. process, data source relations). Based on information and our best experience provides project scope and estimated cost of project investment. Post-Workshop workload (and time expense) will depend on complexity and gross amount of input also agreed scope of work with Client.
