How do we Leverage Microsoft Cloud Services?

We leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Compliance Manager and Premium Assessment templates to determine your current state and rate that against industry standards leveraging Infotechtion Compliance framework. We work with your IT administrators to activate Microsoft 365 E5 trial license to activate premium features in Compliance Centre. These features enable us to configure sensitive data, privacy discovery templates to determine the risks associated with your information. The data Discovery capabilitiy leverages advanced search, unified audit, sensitive information templates and premium compliance score assessment templatets to benchmark compliance against regulatory / compliance standards relevant to your organisation / country of jurisdiction.

Workshop Activities

• Day 1: Pre-engagement call to establish workshop Goals, scope of the technical discovery and agreement on customer stakeholders required for various aspects of workshop engagement.
• Day 2-4: Compliance check technical setup, including activating trial Compliance licenses required for the technical assessment.
• Day 5: Customer workshop to assess current state maturity in regards to industry benchmarks for Information governance and compliance.
• Week 2&3: Automated discovery of data including planned checks with customer IT administrators to review the status and report collection
• Week 4: 1 full day workshop with key stakeholders including:
  • Microsoft Compliance overview 'Show and tell'.
  • Present Compliance check findings and a maturity assessment against industry benchmarks
  • Customer immersion experience: via a 'Day in the life' scenarios for key personas
  • Establish a strategy and deliver a roadmap for technical and business adoption
