JBS Power BI Assessment

A comprehensive Power BI assessment spanning 3 days, involving evaluation of business landscape to assist in strategic decision-making with insightful dashboards. The Discovery Process will involve a Workshop with key business stakeholders consisting of a 4 hour session dedicated to exploring the following:

1. Assessment of the current usage and functionality of the dashboard/analytics system
2. Examination of assets, capabilities, data, processes, and individuals involved in supporting dashboard development and utilization
3. Identification and comprehension of challenges associated with the current reporting practices
4. Exploration of the overarching vision, objectives, and anticipated outcomes
5. Examination of samples from existing datasets
6. Deliberation on potential use cases and datasets for a proof of concept (POC)

Deliverables:

1. An Assessment Report with a summary of our recommendations
2. Implementation Roadmap of Power BI solutions endorsed by our expert team
