This is a comprehensive personal review by a certified Microsoft expert who will help you understand the gaps in your Microsoft 365 Tenant so that you can prioritize and make plans to increase your security posture. JourneyTEAM will evaluate various admin centers in your Microsoft tenant and provide an executive summary and a configuration report.

JourneyTEAM’s Microsoft 365 Tenant Health Check and Analysis takes place in three stages:

Data Gathering – This is done onsite or remote where we will analyze your Microsoft 365 environment by one of our specialists examining your system. We will also review with your IT personnel how your Microsoft 365 Tenant is currently used, and what the plan is for its use going forward.

Data Analysis & Report Creation – The specialist will review the notes taken during the initial meeting, as well as perform an in-depth review and analysis of current client facing and internal business process as it applies to content and relationship management with the goal of determining proposed updates to Microsoft 365 system architecture, configuration, and deployment strategies. They will review any logs and analytics that were obtained from reviewing your tenant and generate a report of the current tenant state and recommended remediation.

Report Presentation & Discussion – We will deliver the report and review it together. We will explain our findings, our recommendations, and answer any questions that you may have.
