During this 2 week assessment, we'll take you through five phases of alignment, discovery, process design, deployment, and monitoring to help you achieve your S&OP objectives with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and our unique, industry-specific, Sales and Operations Planning Service. We follow a tested and proven, proprietary process to help you reach a consensus on a single operating plan, a plan that achieves your objectives in the most efficient and profitable way possible. ### During Week 1 - **Phase 1: Align** We engage with process owners and stakeholders to educate them on methods and tools and to set expectations on upcoming activities and levels of involvement. **Phase 2: Discover** We assess your current process, strategic goals, and KPI’s.
