ROBUS Implementation - 8 Weeks

BDO’s Data Privacy application enables you to manage and demonstrate compliance to internal & external regulators. Our holistic approach and expansive global footprint provides a central way to manage Data Subject Requests and potential Data Breaches.

ROBUS, a custom Power Platform application, will be delivered in three parts that ultimately result in continued execution of your organization’s privacy program tasks, tracking against applicable regulatory impacts, and maintenance of program artifacts.

• WEEK 1-6 – Discovery & Planning: Conduct gap analysis and establish a plan for ongoing privacy operations. Review support model of ROBUS and align to business processes.
• WEEKS 4-8 – Application Onboarding: Deploy and configure ROBUS tool. Knowledge transfer and walkthrough of day-to-day tool usage.
• * Monthly Management available as needed.
