Migrate Salesforce to Dynamics:1-Wk Implementation

With years of experience in both CRM systems, our team at TrellisPoint has developed a cost-effective solution enabling Salesforce organizations to quickly and easily migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This implementation includes migrating up to 100,000 of your sales Account and Contact records and related Users from Salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a pre-defined set of fields. The list of fields will be provided prior to the start of the implementation.

All migration is subject to certain assumptions about the data to be migrated from Salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics 365. To perform any migration, TrellisPoint must have login credentials and access to the Salesforce.com API.

Estimates for extending this implementation to include additional entities, fields, configurations, customization, etc. will be provided upon request.

Agenda

Day 1 Assessment & Data Collection

• Provide Assessment Web meeting
• Gather existing Salesforce.com system details
• Collect sample data for out-of-the-box Account & Contact data fields to be migrated
• Audit Salesforce.com database to identify current, retired and deleted users

Days 2 – 4 Cloud Deployment

• Deploy an out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud environment
• Import all identified historical Salesforce.com users into Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Assign licenses and existing Salesperson security role to Microsoft Dynamics 365 users
• Perform data migration using TrellisPoint’s Migration Engine

Day 5 Review & Launch

• Joint review of migrated data
• Provide 1-hour Microsoft Dynamics 365 interface overview
